Call UsSamuel grew up as an avid reader completing two cirriculems of literature in highschool and receiving awards for memorization before graduating a year early. He is the firstborn of five. His first tax paying job was for the Florida House of Representatives. He is an alum of Montreat College's BA program in BRIS with an emphasis in Philosophy and Worldviews. He has completed real estate training programs required or provided by North Carolina Real Estate Commission, Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, Leonard Ryden Burr RE, Real Estate Negotiation Institute, Mojo, Vulcan, Top Producers, Zig Zigler, Volkswagen, etc.

Negotiation
Hire UsSamuel and Mary have negotiated their whole lives. Mary as the child of top producing real estate agents and granddaughter of an Native American jewelry store owner. Samuel as a child picked strawberries and pulled them around the neighborhood on a Radioflyer wagon selling door-to-door. Samuel ran a side hustle in college buying, trading, and selling music gear. His first job our of college was for VW, negotiating sales and customer experience in Charlotte.
Samuel and Mary are both recepients of the CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute/Colibri RE School which is the top designation for real estate agents in North America.

Samuel wasn't great at writing entering into his college career and got to take English 101 four times, ending with a B.
Mary was a swimmer specializing in Butterfly and killing it in the pool during the off season in water polo. She received multiple scholarship opportuinties.
Samuel and Mary moved to Winston Salem and almost immediately started their real estate careers. They succeeded because of hard work and determination that lead them to be able to establish Pro Realty Group as an independent company in three short years.
